I'm going to do 200 pushups and 200 15 lb curls every other day, and see how I shape up at the end of the month. I barely needed to touch myself before I positively erupted. I lay there completely spent for about ten minutes before I had the energy to get up and clean up what was a considerable load. Fizzy water is the same as fizzy drinks, just because its called a different name doesn't make it better. Both are 99% water with a bit of flavouring & fizz thrown in.
