limvillian
Gave it up 2 months ago along with all dairy products and feel much better for it, our bodys aren`t made to break down milk beyond toddler age you had health problems from it? or you just stopped because you can? no cheese! No health problems gave it up on the advise of a doctor,as he pointed out we are the only species that drink milk past the first few months of life and to make it worse we drink other species milk. I was also told diary products should definately be avoided by people with blood type O. Out of all dairy to give up cheese was the hardest.

leviramsey Posted August 24, 2009 VT Supporter Share Posted August 24, 2009 Hmmm... at least around here, the colors are different: * Red = whole milk * Green = 2% fat * Blue = 1% fat * Yellow = skim But I rarely drink milk... will occasionally accompany buffalo wings with chocolate milk.
