Reasonable value for money, food always well cooked and service is really quick (never had to wait more than five minutes for our meals). We've always found the staff there to be polite and courteous as well (in the Fort and Solihull anyway - can't speak for the others). FWIW I can only manage the medium sauce nowadays. This has opened up lots of new food options for me, as there were many things I'd never tried, some of which people were amazed to hear about (the fact I never ate KFC til my 30s is one that tends to amaze people) Nandos is alright, I was a bit underwhelmed tbh. Me too neither I once asked a question about nandos and discovered it was chicken in a sauce, hell you even get a limited choice of sauces! I don't think it's really worth what you pay Depends if you're buying one of their bland chicken breasts burgers. Half a chicken with two sides ain't too shabby for a middle of the road restaurant.
