watched horrible bosses 2 last night, it was ok, unsurprisingly not as good as the 1st one, it seemed to go a bit 3 stooges, i remember the mishaps but i dont remember them being utter retards in the 1st one, jennifer aniston though... she's a bit filthier rather than sexy in this one

Stayed up and watched The Wicker Man (original version) last night.  It's still brilliantly haunting at the end.

Yes great film from the 70s. Britt Ekland was stunningly beautiful in it but not well liked apparantly. I also saw the American remake with Nicholas Cage which was dreadful.

Knock knock tonight

The film itself doesn't really deliver on its early promise , there is no real storyline or motive ... the trailer already lets you know what will happen and the film doesn't offer up any big twist or reveal ... No Hard Candy like scene to make you feel uncomfortable

The film gets a 4 out of 10

Ana de Armas gets 10 / 10 ... I'd go through everything Reeves does in the film 100 times over if the outcome was getting her in the sack ..

The cage remake falls firmly into the "so bad it's good" category.

Zardoz (1974)

A wonderful confection of early 70's psychedelic over-indulgence, which is an, Ayn Rand (Atlas Shrugged) meets Python, meets The League of Gentleman kind of thing, with costumes all a bit Blake's 7 meets Vivian Westwood.

Plot: Zed (Sean Connery) hitches a ride in a huge hovering head, dressed in his red mankini and thigh-high boots, to the land of freckles and lovely tits, known as the Vortex, where everyone is immortal and have solved the immigrant problem from the Brutals, by creating a forcefield to keep them out. Queen of the lovely tits is Charlotte Rampling. John Alderton looking like Paul McCartney is a bit fed up and wants to rebel - he's surrounded by lovely tits but is impotent.

Zed (a hairy-chested Connery dubbed the Animal), is there to destroy the Vortex because everyone is fed up with immortality, which is solved by immigration. The funniest part is the 'erection' scene where Zed demonstrates that he is immune to porn but not to the charms of Rampling.

One for the Rocky fans to look forward to (or not)...

Michael B.Jordan is a talent so it might be a decent watch.

As soon as I saw that I thought of fruitvale station, great film, did a lot of good stuff on the festival circuit and then disappeared, it's on netflix and well worth a watch

Not overly fussed by rocky but a boxing film done right will get me interested, same director too so yeah I'm a bit more hyped for this then I would be if was just another Stallone effort

Think the girl with the dreads in Lenny kravitz's daughter, she's starting to appear in a bit more now, film out soon called dope which looks ok

Trailer out for secret in their eyes, yank remake of the brilliant argue film, can't actually remember much detail from the original, yank cast is good so hopefully will be a decent remake

The original is quality. Wish they'd stop remaking movies and try to get people to watch the originals instead.

One of my favourite films of all time.

Can't see how it can be improved on.

I own "Secret in Their Eyes" on DVD. I've seen it and I know I loved it and thought it was superb.

But I actually can't remember anything about the plot :D

Must re-watch it at some point.
