rjw63
I saw the colour of purple for tthe first time yesterday. First case of specific colour blindness ever, is it a Swedish thing? ;-)
Pelle
I saw the colour of purple for tthe first time yesterday. First case of specific colour blindness ever, is it a Swedish thing? ;-) Yeah, that film with Prince never became a huge hit over here. Is the movie I meant called "The colour of purple" or "The purple colour"? The one with Whoopi Goldberg.
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
It's The Colour Purple. I had to study the book. It's miserable but important. The film is sentimental tripe. If ever there was an example of how a film score can destroy a film then that is it.

The_Rev
Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2 are two of the best films of the last twenty years. There is no shame in going to see Toy Story 3.
Chindie Posted July 24, 2010 VT Supporter Share Posted July 24, 2010 Tremors. It's stupid. But its a cult classic for a reason, and stupid as it may be, and rubbish as some of the effects might be, it's great fun and has some genuine laugh moments. And it gave the world the character of Burt, who is worth watching the film for alone.

Troglodyte Posted July 24, 2010 VT Supporter Share Posted July 24, 2010 Toy Story 3 is indeed brilliant. I was pondering where it stood in terms of all times best film trilogies myself, but not sure you could say it's better than the original Star Wars films? Three fantastic set of movies either way. briggaman
I would go as far as saying that I enjoyed it more than the first two films, which says a lot about it.
