Pelle
Just watched Mad Max for the first time in my life. It was decent, but I expected more action. 6/10, I think. Have the 2nd one too, but that's for another day. Always found the love for the original Mad Max a bit baffling to be honest, I found it incredibly clunky. The sequel however, is absolutely **** glorious. Brilliant, brilliant action movie. Must say Tom Hardy looks the part for the new version, and at least he's not a racist arsehole. Now, what do you think about Mel Gibson as a person?
darrenm
Mad Max 2 is fantastic. I think I preferred 3, but that may not be a popular opinion.

Using racist words being a far greater crime than a man physically assaulting his girlfriend, or telling her that she deserves to be gang-raped ? didn't know they were remaking Mad Max .. really wish Hollywood would stop being so lazy though ... I watched MM3 the other week and it hasn't dated well , but with the bigger budget it was imo the best one of the

The new riddick is more like pitch black - Chronicles of Riddick is ok - but I much prefer films 1 & 3 in this series.
Designer1 Posted September 6, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted September 6, 2013 Trailer for the mighty Richard Ayoades new movie 'The Double'. Trailer doesn't give too much away (which is how it should be) but it looks interesting and has a great cast.

DeadlyDirk
Robocop - a film very close to my heart, has a remake, or even a re-imagining. Jose Padhila, the director, has already stated that there's no way he could re-create the spirit, atmosphere and commentary of the original, so has taken the film in his own direction, mostly the automation of our military systems. Drones and the like. Sadly, the trailer has been dressed up like the Total Recall remake. Here it is. http://youtu.be/INmtQXUXez8

VillaForever1970
This is shit, dont watch it. Perfect example that having good actors (with admittedly good performances) and a depressing, cliche ridden story doesn't make a good film. It might as well hold a sign up at the start saying, 'This is going to be dark and sad, which means its good!' err its not.
