Who voted the ref very poor? I thought he was good, let a lot go, the PL has gone soft, most importantly he was pretty consistent and no big decisions to make, the only real controversial decision was the free kick they didn't get before we did obviously in our favour 

Also liked how VAR for our goal took seemingly one look and said nah bollocks crack on, our VAR would have taken 17 replays and probably got the lines out while they were at it

Superb performance. Duran and Maatsen stepped up to put pressure on. I thought Onana was fantastic, breaking up their build-up time and again as well as doing a lot of clearing up. If Kamara comes back as he was we're going to have quite the options in there. Both give such a strong base for Youri to do his thing. 

Have got quite emotional at seeing us top of the league. What a team.

We were absolutely sublime. Our game management, passing, movement, ability to change the tempo and genuine flair is an absolute joy to watch. If we consistently play like that we will go very far this season.

Villa fully deserved the win but thought Bologna were no mugs and contributed to a wonderful game of football that was Refereed very well.

Maatsen MOTM for me. I thought he was absolutely unplayable at times marauding down the wing and great defensively. Rogers and Youri again excellent. And not forgetting Carlos looking like he's really settling next to Torres, both superb.

I thought we were very good. a little sloppy at the end, but the better side by a distance. 

Maatsen was superb in his ability to get forward, his covering pace, his positioning and his decision making, Rogers is a wrecking ball, Tielemans just has this lovely rhythm like a clock and the subs all did well - and of course the boy of destiny got his goal (and worked hard for it too).

What stood out for me though was that we looked so calm, so confident and so sure in our plan, there was a confident assurance in our play - they know their jobs, they know they're good, they trust and believe in each other and they get the results that justify that - all that comes from the man on the sideline.

Another brilliant night, three points, three wins, no goals conceded and top of the Champions league.

Extraordinary.
