There seems to be a highlights reel every week of the refs deciding not to punish them for various fouls. Classic 'bend don't break' team as well. You can't run against them and they're 5th on allowing PPG, so you can pass yourself down the field but that's about it once you get to the redzone. On offence they're excellent at protecting the QB, excellent at 3rd down conversion and keep hold of the ball longer than 29 other teams. Basically they don't make mistakes on either side of the ball and the rest is just about good enough to get the job done within that.
