When is Chris Heck handing in his resignation?

When he is finished doing NSWE bidding

He is the highly paid lackey who will get a nice pay off when his job is done

Have the club thought about adding an ex player to a position of real substance to the board to assist bridging the gap between the execs & fans similar to how Bayern operate. a lot of the current discontent could’ve easily been averted with some common sense as they are out of step with English fans

Didnt they hire Elmo for a similar role

MOMS hasn't gone - he's just taken on the role of co-chair!

Would a boycott by all members send a message?  Not saying we should but have all members had a chat about this?

At some point a line has to be drawn in the sand.

MOMS will batter them, and tell the truth with what's going on.

Boycott after he's gone in on them if they're still being pricks.

Fair play to David Michael, he comes across as a glass half empty and a bit withering at times, but he is a force for good as far as fans are concerned. He is a thorn in their side and is tireless in his agenda.

It's always a tricky situation being critical when things are going well on the pitch, as some fans think that there is no room for negativity during periods of success. I respect that DM can differentiate on field success with off field matters, have the courage of his convictions and hold the club to account when most others aren't.

Like the dark knight, some fans might think he isn't the hero we need right now, but he is the one that Villa deserves!

Can the club explain their strategy for ticket pricing is it :

  1. Value Based
  2. Competition Based
  3. Cost-Plus
  4. Dynamic Pricing.

It would be nice for us to know, what to expect in the future.

Dunno whether it's been brought up before but I find it odd that our training and warm up gear has no sponsor on it, is there any plan to get a sponsor as it seems like money for nothing?  It would probably bring in the revenue from charging disabled people to park many times over.  It should be Heck's speciality, that kind of thing.

The club wishes to grow the brand globally. How about acknowledging the local supporters groups if we do happen to play in their country?

If we qualify for Europe next season again, will the club reserve a very small percentage of tickets for local Lions Clubs? 10-20 tickets per game.

For this season's CL away games, the local supporters groups (Lions Club) had a an allocation of ZERO tickets.

No chance to stand in the away end with fellow Villans and extremely difficult to get tickets in the other stands via the home club. Sad.

Out of curiosity, how do you know this is the case? The Lions clubs even have access to some tickets at VP, this would seem quite an oversight.

I was considering writing to the club for Leipzig game before this ticket pricing rubbish started though we were previously told we were ineligible for a fanclub so might be pointless

lions clubs don't get tickets for allocations under 2k. last season lions clubs got tickets for ajax, lille and olympiacos. they'll get an allocation for leipzig but not young boys, brugge or monaco

There will be a formal, minuted meeting between the club and the Fans Advisory Board, most likely on 11th September, subject to confirmation

We'll be raising the concerns that have arisen as a result of the problems at our opening home game and your thoughts on any specific issues around the game are very welcome.

If there are items you'd like raised in relation to issues you face as a supporter; in ticketing, transport, merchandising and kit, food and drink, the matchday experience, communication, branding, the women's team, AVTV, your concerns on the future or any fan specific question you'd like to raise, please do so below and we'll do our best to get your thoughts onto the agenda.

Please also let us know if there are areas where you feel the club is doing well which you'd like passed on.

Please be as specific as possible on your questions, it's really helpful in getting the club to answer them in the way you'd like.

Thank you.

Do the club provide agenda items for the meeting too, @OutByEaster??  Do you know what they'll be updating on?
