Should have been 3 at home 3 away if they had to do it that way. Why 4 and 2 is ridiculous.

Happy with the draw but still a big con.

Because they had to ensure those 6 teams didn't play each other as there would be no free week to play those fixtures. This is thanks to europa competitions now spreading fixtures over two consecutive midweeks at the point this round gets played.

Oh ok, why don't they split the qualifying teams into two pots with the big 6 going in pot 1 and alternate the pick so that there is a chance that all 6 teams could be drawn away.

Annoyed we got an away draw, but not at all surprised.

I expect wholesale changes for the game given the opposition, and if we don't get through then so be it. It would be nice to progress to a point where we can start taking it seriously, but at that stage of the season it can't really be a priority.

They drew the respective home/away positions of the teams out of bowl before the main draw. It was as random and fair as possible for it to be with the need to keep them separate.

It could have been 6 home 0 away and we still would have been drawn away. 🙄

That would have scripted the fact that half of them have to be home and half away though.  The randomness of a draw wouldn't mean that happens and hence they drew whether they were home or away as well.

Ire needs to be targeted at Uefa for spreading and expanding their tournaments rather than the faff we had to do to make a fair attempt at a draw.

Chelsea, playing in the conference leagye and not protected in the draw get Barrow at home. You just know if we were playing in the conference we would have got a bastard of a draw.

I've heard they could get thrown out of the conference league

Ok that seems fairer, Didn't pay much attention with the draw being made this late

When do Man City ever get a difficult draw? Cheating bastards!

And Man Utd and Arsenal. I know it's random but I'd love to see the respective difficulty of third round draws that those teams have faced over the years compared with us. Obviously we've got Man Utd away most seasons but that's as easy a fixture for them as it's likely to be thanks to their weird historic jinx over us. Emery is half way there to dispelling it thankfully.
