Are they allowed to learn about same sex relations?

Boys only go out with girls and girls only go out with boys. Keep it simple like that?

I wouldn’t agree with that at school either

fortunately for some my wife teaches my kids about same sex feelings.

Precisely. Why on earth would this be pushed in school?

Is it pushed? My teenage daughter, who has just finished school, said the advice and counselling is there if you ask for it but there doesn't seem to be any agenda to 'push' it

Have I just said again that rape , child molestation and listening to Right Said Fred be made legal?

You've said that twice now, it still makes no sense.

As a father of two, I've no issue with my kids being taught, and made aware of of trans people, and the issues / challenges they face.

I make no apologies for that view.

You have said something that you don’t know is happening and therefore don’t know what it is should be banned. That in itself is ludicrous but I am waiting on @MCU to tell is what it is that is currently being taught in schools and what it is that is poisonous.

They may feel differently but the boy who feels like a girl has a penis. I find it very hard trying to move away from that alone.

So that’s the solution, remind them of their genitalia and that’s that?

Kids identify two sexes. A little boy will have a penis and a little girl a vagina . Let’s just keep it like that at school .

It’s the wrong thread for this, but sex and gender aren’t the same thing.

The sooner you make that distinction, the easier the discussion becomes

Any particular age that you feel people should be allowed to know how the world is?

And that’s ok as long as you are happy with that . I’m a dad of 3 by the way.

We're  so off topic, we're  about to be moderated out of existence.  But this is still much better than the transfer thread

Perhaps that’s a “you” issue

How informed are these views?

What do you think they actually teach?

Just doesn’t sit right with me that we should be trying to normalise it to kids . I understand some of the issues some may have but I’m quite strong on this opinion.

But is is a part of life. Isn't it better not to ignore what is a part of life. It's like not teaching children about war or death or love.

I think they already know without it being taught at school . They watch TV , social media etc etc . Leave schools to teach what they get paid to teach .

There isn't an agenda to push it in schools. Support is provided to pupils if they ask for it which you would expect. Simply another lie from Farage to appeal to his believers.

I’m not against that . Just shouldn’t be taught in general .
