Wouldn’t be surprised if they made another mistake, Carlos wasn’t listed in his last game yet was involved. Seems like it may be “more of the same” in terms of approach of previous friendlies, more about fitness and sharpness. Not good They're also the ones who have adapted to Emery's system in the best way so far and have higher fitness levels because they played during the Summer. They'll slot in fine. Maatsen and Onana spotting Ollie's runs for example will take more time, but I think they're good enough to make that link quickly. It's probably the one benefit of us not being able to sign many first team replacements so far, most of the new guys are squad players and existing playing relationships are still there.
