Most the " seniors " on the pitch aren't starting XI.

Also, different players progress at different rates in pre season.

Remember Rogers was out towards end of season and has probably put in extra work.

Looks a lot more balanced doesn't it?

Rogers being bale to occupy the centre of the pitch gives us more options and more space our wide.

One of the things I'm really enjoying about this pre-season is that both of our young centrebacks look really composed and confident - good to see them growing into it.
