No Europe for the Geordies if the scores stay like this so fingers crossed

Why would that be? United finished behind Newcastle in the table

I've heard it's practically a done deal to Man City anyway. Just the structure of the deal to finalise.

Interesting. Haven't heard that link. Just PSG and Arsenal as clubs that would stump up for Guimaraes.

Man. City won't be signing Paqueta now and Kovacic and Matheus Nunes haven't met expectations so far so will probably sign another CM.

Winner of Fa cup gets the Europa place which pushes Chelsea down to conference

FA Cup winners qualify for Europa.

On a side note, how infuriating is it that Man United have won back to back trophies (Carabao last season) whilst at their lowest ebb in 30 years? (Plus they reached the FA Cup final last year as well).

Meanwhile, we cant win one when we are at our best.

Direct Europa qualification for FA cup winners. No different to 2008 when we finished 6th but missed out due to Portsmouth winning the FA Cup.

The really frustrating thing is that they didn't deserve to beat Coventry

Weird one. Very un-City this, epitomised by Rodri trying to idly lob Onana from behind the half way line.

Rattled by the charges and impending judgements?

City playing the long game. Keeping Ten Hag in for another season

Is Newcastle missing out on Conference really better than Yanited getting Europa instead of nothing, though?

Not sure tbh.

Forces their hand more with FFP. Loathe United but will take anything to knock the Saudi sports washers.

You think Man. United won't sign anyone if they don't make Europe?
