If there's any more reason needed to hate Manchester United, even when they have the worst season they've had in a generation, they're winning a trophy we've not won since the invention of bubble wrap.

Especially given the amount of luck they've had to do so. Liverpool missed chance after chance against them, they scraped past Coventry on pens, then they get gifted a ridiculous 1st goal today.

They keep saying “where has this United been” which is partially fair, but City were miles below their usual standard.

Same city in the Madrid game

The criticism over what haaland actually brings other than goals is fair, de bruyne being **** still is fair, the biggest surprise for me is Silva, he's in poor form from what I've seen

Man City have been the best team in the world for a couple of years, but this season? Nah. Very effective beating Burnley and Sheffield, but their record against better teams this season has been weak. Nowhere near as good as last season.

You always get that in cup runs though. Look at how we squeezed past Tranmere in 1994.

I can live with Man. United winning a domestic cup every season if they're finishing 7th-8th.

They used to do this AND win the league title comfortably. And be in later stages of CL. Miles off being competitive in those competitions currently and one off performances from half a team that's leaving won't be changing that.

That United were always there. As long as they can give up all pretence of possession based football and play solely on the break, they are a dangerous team.

I think they'll go into decline a bit when Pep leaves (regardless of points deductions).

His general intensity gets them to 90 points a season so they'll go down to an 80-85 point team soon.

Big chance for Arsenal to win a couple of leagues in the next five years if they don't do anything rash. They're where Liverpool were in 2019.

Chelsea have gone from having Pochettino managing them in the Europa League to being managerless (currently) in the Conference League in the space of a week.

Nah they still have a poor mentality, a bit like Chelsea where they've got good players and they've got ability but at the same time their surrounded by turmoil and bullshit so if they fancy a day off they'll get away with it, not a clue what the fix is, not sure it is the manager

They need a new defence this summer

Top 4 or bust next season. They can't go years without CL income with what they're spending.

Can't believe they're going to give that pressure to a McKenna or Maresca, job will completely overwhelm them like it did with Potter.
