They're just coached well and play progressive football. Have some respect - Williams (Bilbao) was one of the best players in the tournament for Spain. Zubimendi is a top class midfielder too. Spain don't get enough credit for their coaching - de la Fuente is a tournament specialist and coached up the levels of the international game. He knows how to win tournaments.
