The manager is just pure shit wit no tactics. They should be doing better overall with their players. Not getting McGinn into games is criminal. Though they have got a big problem up front. But as the careers of Kane and Watkins shows, you don't necessarily need a big scoring striker to win games and having a big scoring striker doesn't necessarily win you games.
