As a fairly cheap back up at CB we could look at Viktor Nilsson Lindelöf at Man U, not quite sure how his injury status/form is, but he is a capable CB, good passer and solid defensively without standing out, he can also cover as defensive minded RB.

The original post was an Athletic article stating that Newcastle had opened talks with Palace about Guehi.

The implication being that we are also in for him

IF we are open to selling Carlos. I See Newcastle are interested in Guehi, no chance we should let him go there if we need a CB
