Genuine question: is he THAT good?

We don’t need him if he isn’t and should just save the money.

The squad and numbers are good… don’t think we should spend on players who aren’t CL class now. We have so many good/decent (and some elite or excellent) players but a major, top class addition or two could make all the difference…

I personally agree there’ll be either a RCB or RB incoming regardless of Carlos staying or going. We shall see what the brains thinks though x

The RB/RCB is a conundrum. Can't work out what we'll do. I can see huge benefit in getting Konsa back in the middle but also, would like a taller, faster centre half alongside Torres with Konsa's solidity at right back.

I like him aswell, I think he would do very well for us. Good age, decent size. Lot of room for improvement.

Always thought we would do a player swap Chalobah + 25 mil for Duran.

Yup tough one. I think it’ll become clearer after the tour what Unai wants and how he views our squad. If he’s confident in Nedeljkovič then we might opt for a RCB ala Huijsen/Todibo but if the young lad struggles then I can see a RB ala Kayode being looked at. Either way it’s exciting and great to have a dilemma where we’re not reactive and buying Willy Nilly. We finally have options and I’m confident in either option. But some sort of strengthening in the backline I believe will take place.

Certainly no smoke without fire on the Felix deal. You'd think, given the amount of links, he's at least open to the move. Perhaps when the Diaby money lands, we'll see a firmer yes/no.

We won't wait around forever and given that atletico don't want him at training, I'm expecting movement in the next 72hrs.

Would be an amazing window and the sort of overhaul I thought would take a couple of windows if not more to pull off. Thankfully we have the right people in place to not only get the right personnel in but in prior to the season starting. My wish, Felix, Kiliscoy and RCB of choice and it’s most definitely game on.
