I know Iling-Jnr isn’t a proper LB back but does buying Maatsen mean the Iling-Jnr deal and as such the Dougie deal is off I wonder.

Beat me to it.

He’s more of a traditional left midfielder if anything but he can play defensive but he’s known for his attacking play more.

Yeah I was trying to allude them to be being slightly different but they aren’t that much different not to ask the question.  Maatsen is a LB that is very attacking, Iling-Jnr is a LM that can also be defensive.

Maatsen----Torres----Todibo----Konsa

?

I've said it before and although that may look good on paper, aerially that's probably the most vulnerable back four in the league, and is not balanced enough.

Todibo is a fantastic defender but we need a better balance next to Pau. If we didn't have Pau and Mings was still there I'd be all for it though.

Maybe could work as a back five but then Konsa doesn't fit in as you need a attack minded right wing back.

I’d be much happier with this, supposed to be a really bright prospect!

Almost sounds like Burruchaga, sign him up.

A Defensive Midfielder which is what we need! I know nothing about him though!

Would be a great replacement and would make VT much happier, lol.

Are you being serious btw?

Just wondering how many Frosone games you and everyone else have wached? 😄

He is 23 years old and has played 3 games for Juventus and 40 overall in the top flight and is way behind a 25 year old McKennie in the Juventus pecking order

lol I thought I read somewhere that he was someone they thought highly of as a raw prospect? Maybe I’m misremembering the player.

Admittedly not watched any Frosinone games but heard people bigging him up throughout last season and his stats speak for themself.

More than that, I just don’t want Mckennie

Think he'd be more of a Zaniolo replacement if anything imo.

Then again what if we move BOTH Signed and Moreno on?

Seems expensive but he is young and will improve under Emery. Let’s just see how it goes. (If it happens).

How much would they value him at?

I assumed it would be much cheaper than McKennie?

I've missed a load on here today.

Enzo makes more sense to me, and hopefully it would mean we get more cash for Dougie up front.

McKennie, Tielemans and Barkley all being here, one of them has to be starting and I'm not sure any of them genuinely replace Dougie.

Enzo can replace Iroegbunam/Dendoncker.

Iling Junior can replace Zaniolo

Neither will expect to start and we can still go out for starting players who improve us, whilst also improving the squad
