Just get Geertruida, Chalobah and Chiesa wrapped up tomorrow morning out of nowhere, and then we can all get on with creaming ourselves over the champions league draw Thursday knowing we're all done.

Yep of course but if we were after Felix yet he was unconvinced to come here we may have room.

This kid though - At €50m, that’s about £8m a year amortisation and he earns less than £82k per week pre bonuses according to salary websites.  We don’t know our PSR head space and yes I know the tight restrictions but we still seem to be in the market so these aren’t unrealistic figures.

For all we know Felix coming in was also dependant on us selling another player, such a Duran who frees up amortisation/wages from current plans and gives a large FFP profit at figures mentioned.

I think the reason its all quiet on the transfer front is the sales that may have happened simply havent

Reserve judgement to when transfer window closes. Bit underwhelming through considering our losses in players and champions league. Couple points through we still have the same weaknesses in the team position wise, sold 2 regular players only replaced one of them as of yet with Onana, net spend lucky to be 10 million, depth is there,  but we lack quality in a few positions, Barkly for me wasn't a signing for us,

What happened to us buying a Leverkusan player every summer thought Frimpong was the right back we wanted?

He's not a right back. Why do people keep persisting with this?

Update his Wiki then 😜

Jeremie Agyekum Frimpong (born 10 December 2000) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a right wing-back for Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen and the Netherlands national team.

Right wing back is not fullback. It's midfield. 343 or 352 the WB is in the middle bank

Well we want options to go 3 at the back with maatsan on the left flying forward and a right sided equivalent.

Different set ups for different opposition.

We have a right back that can't go forward we need one that can.  Ned has the potential but raw.

Anyway Unai is the one that decides so let's see what we get if anything.

Not point just buying anyone for the sake of it. If we cant get the right player in lets just hold.

Chelsea and Brighton spending a quarter billion each more or less, and we are forced to nickel and dime it

Brighton sold a lot so they can. Chelsea will get affected soon.

Correct players are too expensive in wages and fees to not be very considered on who we sign.

Brighton have been gearing up for this for years if you look at their sales.

Brighton have been very shrewd the last few years buying low and selling high not surprised they have some money to spend, very well run club.

Chelsea on the other hand!

Brighton have spent a fortune and signed some very good players. I thought they’d be nearer relegation than top 4 this season but they’re another top 4 challenger for sure. There are probably 10 clubs including us who can get 4th place, ridiculous.
