He has massive potential but is currently too wasteful. I am sure others would deliver a better final ball at the moment. Its very frustrating, he gone from unplayable to no end product. Who are these "others" of which you talk?
jigen Posted Tuesday at 09:01 Visiting Supporter Share Posted Tuesday at 09:01 He has potential but non ready yet for top level matches. You need a n.10/second striker with skills because you lack creativity in the final third.

Maybe.....but I dont think we currently have a replacement who would get into those positions/make those runs etc. to produce that final ball option in the first place. He looked very comfortable against Bayern Munich and dominated Rice and Partey against Arsenal less than 6 weeks ago, how top level do you need? His issue seems to be decision making. We have one of the best coaching set ups in world football. It will improve rapidly, just like his overall level has.
DakotaVilla Posted Tuesday at 11:48 Share Posted Tuesday at 11:48 He’s just trying too hard at the moment after the Arsenal game. Almost like he thinks he has to have the same impact in every game and then overdoes it. He’ll be fine after some Unai tweaking.
lapal_fan Posted Tuesday at 14:47 Share Posted Tuesday at 14:47 Against teams with a higher line, he'll be way more effective than Emi B, but Emi B is smarter with the ball and would be good against low block teams. Maybe that's something we can think about as we go
abdulaziz1 Posted Tuesday at 14:50 Share Posted Tuesday at 14:50 Maybe our approach should be a bit different with him, so against top teams he can do what he likes to, while against low block he shall pass more. He said after Bayern game than Unai told him to keep the ball. So it’s seems a tactic and to be honest that’s his main strength. If we got Felix we could’ve rotated more, however it doesn’t seem to go very well with him in Chelsea again.
