Morgan Rogers

Stop being so sensitive guys, everyone appreciates what a talent he is, it’s not critical to say he needs to add end product, it’s an observation.

You can still rate a player while simultaneously saying where they need to improve. He’s young so it’s normal he has areas of his game he needs to work on. Even Bellingham when he first started out didn’t have great end product but it came for him and it probably will for Rogers too if he works on his game.

I think they are similar

It's no good to show all flash if you don't have end product to top it off

He is still young so I have full confidence Unai can help him improve on that

Traore didn't have any flash either, he just oiled himself up and ran fast with the ball into dead ends.

A better comparison to Rogers would be Ronaldo when he first joined United, looked amazing but lacked an end product which he soon developed.

agree, of course he looks good. But just shows how tough it is to come into a side trying to finish in the top 4. Its not enough to just have promise, you also need end product and youre playing in a role with options.

When Kamara is fit we have choices to make which could see Youri playing as a ten.

As Ramsey fitness improves and Bailey comes back, then Bailey or Mcginn maybe considered further forwards.

As Buendia comes back, hes also a possible replacement.

We all love Rodgers, but he will be judged on output not just on his promise.

Ramsey tapped him up by the sounds of it

Would kind of confirm it was an impulsive signing by Emery and not a player that was tracked for an extensive period by our scouting department  as some here insisted when we initially signed Rogers -  a fairly unknown quantity at the time.

Most of our heads of academy worked with him at West Brom. Am sure they would have explained his strengths
