Tayls
Kesler Hayden replacement in then. Proves the one out one in theory.

duke313
One for the future, hopefully we give him more time than some of the fan base are giving Duran
Popular Post useless
He's not replacing Kesler-Hayden, as Kesler-Hayden wasn't a first team player, he's more likely replacing Chambers, Emery himself pretty much said we will replace Chambers and Traore with project players, but people seem to be ignoring that for some reason. Also as well as he's done I'd be surprised if we got £5m for Kesler, maybe two or three million, but maybe less than that with a buyback 4

duke313
Can’t say I’ve watched much Serbian football, but seems to have cemented the RB position for Red Star, including 4 CL appearances. Not bad for someone who’s just turned 18.

He’s away on international duty. Normally slightly more tricky to arrange for a transfer under those circumstances. Also Kesler Hayden isn’t a 1st team player, but neither is Kosta - for now.

Chambers and KKH will both be sold prob this week - personally expect another first team signing to come in for this season in addition to this lad. Still reckon we’ll get circa £5M for KKH, played numerous games in Champ and more then likely a Champ club will look to buy him, imo.
VillaChris
Have no issue with this. We need a younger option in one of the FB positions and this feels so random it will pretty much happen so the first Monchi special of his tenure as Sevilla signed loads of these types down the years. 12 months back people were wanting the Valladolid full back (Fresheda?) who isn't much older so don't see the issue given it looks like we'll just go with Cash and Kons for rest of the season. useless
But Chambers doesn't need replacing this season, someone like Triston Rowe can replace him as a stopgap periphery squad member until he's ready to on loan and Kosta comes in to our squad. Again Emery literally said on Friday if Traore and Chambers leave it's possible that we will bring in replacements but they won't be relevant to the squad yet, in other words they will be project players, in other words a player like Kosta. We don't need Traore or Chambers replacements to come into the squad straight away, as they were hardly being used anyway, even as second choice
useless
For example Traore is behind Bailey, Diaby, Zaniolo, Ramsey, and McGinn in the wide areas, if we sign a project player to replace him that project player can go out on loan like Kosta, and Kellyman or Kadan Young can replace his role in the outer limits of the squad until the end of the season. So you don’t think that IF we manage to shift Chambers AND Traore , we don’t bring in a first team squad player? I think it’s a real possibility. We don’t have to replace players like for like in terms of position……
