Ah the initial Thorpe update was grim, but this is even worse. What an absolute tragedy.

Jumped in front of a train it seems 😬

Jack Russell, vocalist with Great White, 63.

Greg Kihn also bit the dust yesterday, 75.

Greg Kinh was a Bay Area legend, as much for his long career as a DJ in San Jose than for his actual music itself

Oh bugger, another of my favourites.

'Next of Kihn' is a great album.

And Sam Bush.

Some good young bands, too, like Mile Twelve.

Huge Sam Bush fan- New Grass Revival one of my all-time fave bands, hands down- but for me he goes more in the new grass/jam grass/whatever you want to call it category than in traditional. But that’s just me

Talk Show host Phil Donahue 88

Hard to overemphasize just how big he was here from mid 70s until his show ended in 96. He was a fixture and nearly a god among people my parents age

For those of a certain age, he was married to Marlo Thomas, who starred in That Girl

Not as big as in the states but he was well known over here. I have a similar name and 10 times out of 10 people pronounce my name as his.

How great?

I can get a decent copy for less than a fiver.
