In fairness to Ollie, just seen highlights of Haaland missing " sitters " today

All strikers do it.

Difference is that Ollie has 0 league goals this season so the usual suspects are on his back.

He's not looking at it, it's a powerful shot from fairly close up, and his arm is right down by his side without trying to make himself bigger, no movement of the hand towards the ball.

Frustrating one it's blocked a shot, but I'd be absolutely livid if that was given against us.

His arm is not right down by his side it was outstretched to be on Watkins and blocks the ball. It's not a natural position.

Not let Archer go to play in games like this.

Archer would not be coming on though. Duran was clearly ahead of him in the pecking order

Archer being a stick to beat Unai or Monchi is weird

Apparently the Man Utd disallowed goal might be quite controversial.

Haven't seen it at all, but that's VAR getting involved at Old Trafford to disallow a Man Utd goal which apparently never happens according to the conspiracy theorists.

IT was alot more obvious offside than our goal to be fair.

If there's clear daylight between the players then there's no argument.

How big does the clear daylight need to be?  1mm enough?

It's the same problem, just measuring at a different point in time.

if we hadn't sold Archer, who does he replace in the XI? There's not a position available for him (also add to the fact that Durán was preferred coming off the bench over Archer)

SO many games to play this season (including this next 45 minutes) to choose from. Really poor decision for me.

Clutching at straws there given Haaland will score 30+ league goals, which will likely be triple Ollie’s count.

Nope that's not what people say. I'm fact more often than not VAR will rule out a close goal for those sides. But that's because they are getting all on field decisions so nothing VAR can give that they've not already got.
