What you've given is the possible reasons for that shiteness and I'm happy to go with that. Hopefully a different team, with a better manager, and we will see a much better player

Spurs decided to go for a younger new CB position rather than an ageing one with the new manager. Doesnt make him a bad player. To be fair mate I didn't say I was against the signing, and many players at Spurs underperformed last season. Let's see how he does if he signs.

Look at Bissouma was brilliant at Brighton under proper coaching and system, joins the madhouse at Spurs and under performs. Also system football means you need to know what profile the player has and what role they are to play in your system. Mings and Pau are both left footed CBs but are really different profile of player.
thabucks
France have the best depth of centre backs in world football and he’s played for them 15 times since 2019 same as Upamecano whose also played same amount of games since 2020
Popular Post rodders129
Where else are you going to find a left footed, ball playing centre back with European experience and a year playing in the Prem. He’s also a specialist in a back three. As a cover for Mings it’s a no brainer
Popular Post MarkLillis
To everyone who is saying "he was shite for Spurs"......... You sound same as football fans around the country who spout "Tyrone Ming's is shit" without really watching him play. 13
It's Your Round
He sounds like the ideal loan signing to cover the LCB position while Ty recovers. His passing style will fit with ours and he’s not going to be first name on the team sheet anyway. He’ll rotate with Pau. As a loan signing it’s as good as it gets for what we need. macandally
No brainer at that price, progressive signing too as a ball playing centre back, not a big lump who “puts his body on the line”

If nothing else, you can see why he came into consideration
