Yep I think it's soft but if it's the rules we're playing to then it's got to be 2 yellows. Refs shouldn't be thinking "oh I've already booked him" or "it's too early for a red". The new rules clearly state only ONE person can stand there yet in every bloody game so far they're both their and not pulled up on it at all.
