The reports since Friday night seem to suggest we are more like €10m apart which suggests we are a lot closer so if true then a deal might be close. I haven’t heard that we are now £20m different since Friday but if we are then yes we still have a long way to go but I haven’t heard this difference apart from yourself. Dunno how good he is now or how well he has developed. Pace is all well and good, useful and dangerous, but it doesn’t last and there’s always a concern with injuries… Gabby was absolute shite without it, for example.
