So…

spurs need to win both their games.

And if they do, we can still get it with a draw against palace

unless spurs have a +9 goals from both their games

+8 as they would have greater goals scored

Unless we have a 4-4 thriller with palace and I’m pretty sure my heart won’t make it til the final whistle.

So even if Tottenham beat City and Sheffield. We could still get 4th on goal difference now?

Ohh hang on, just worked out the maths, maybe not.

The combinations are...

If Spurs fail to win both their matches, we qualify.

If Spurs win both matches...

We qualify if we win on Sunday.

It goes to GD if we draw.

They qualify if we lose.

Cant defend though can we! Played well final 15 mins or so to get the draw, sure. But we looked a bit lost tonight leading up to that point.

Not sure about “can’t defend” though obviously it’s been a struggle. This Liverpool side are having one of their highest scoring seasons ever and still needed some freak goals…

BBC: "Aston Villa will need to win at Crystal Palace next Sunday if Spurs manage to win their final two matches."  Wrong!! Villa will only need a draw, unless Spurs turn around a goal difference of 8.

We'll beat Palace with the effort shown tonight. Won't concede such freakish goals.

Palace seemed to not be playing too amazing against Wolves despite the scoreline. With the fight we showed today if we need a point we will get it

Spurs remaining games are so incredibly difficult, Newcastle are very good at home so that won't be easy for them, then Liverpool, Man City, and Arsenal, are the three best teams in the league home and away, and Chelsea will give them a good game just by virtue of the fact it being a derby, I think they will be doing incredibly well to average a point a game over the next five, it wouldn't surprise me if they end up with three or less from those games

I think we will have fourth place sewn up before they even play their final two games.

When I wrote this we were in fifth place and Spurs had a game in hand with a better goal difference, it was a bold thought but ultimately I was wrong, although at the time of writing I thought they would have played Manchester City by now and their final two games would have been Burnley and Sheffield United

I want to beat Palace to pass the 70 point mark. CL is pretty much in the bag. Spurs aren't beating City. They might sneak a draw, but that won't be enough.

Reasons that 4th will be ours tomorrow.

Man City are in fire

Mam City cannot drop points if they want the title

Tottenham are crap

Tottenham don't want to help Arsenal win the title

5th is good enough for Ange's first season.

How many more do you want. UTV!

Can I have three more please?

The Spurs forum is hilarious.

I was just thinking of the scenario where it’s 0-0 in the 90th minute. A draw is catastrophic for both teams.

If Spurs get a corner, are they sending the keeper up.

It’s a mad, mad game. I’d hate to be a Spurs fan.

City are well known to turn it on at the end of the season.

City are now scoring for fun

City have no real injuries.
