Yup, I was just about to raise the final stadium as well, that combined with the poor scheduling really shows how few **** UEFA gives about anything but the CL. So why bring the third tier back? Who do they think is going to reach these finals? It'll be big Premier League sides and decent La Liga, German and Italian teams. They should be looking at a minimum 60,000 capacity. In theory yes. But what if they host it in a big stadium, and end up with a final like Lech Poznan vs Grasshoppers? Better a 20k stadium is full, than a 50k one half empty.
