It shouldn't be allowed to kick the ball away and force contactto win a penalty that far from goal, IMO, but the rules say otherwise. So, in that sense, correct decision. Dodgy penalty tonight, Jota shouldn’t have been on the pitch to score a winner, West Ham have blatant hand ball penalty denied. They should have 53 points instead of 59.
