A cracker at Cardiff

What a game we have on our hands here.

Just as Cardiff were threatening for the first time, Swansea broke forward to double their lead through Liam Cullen's header.

The home fans were fearing the worst for a moment - but an instant response from Jaden Philogene, who has been Cardiff's best player by a distance, has transformed the mood.

Having scored for the first time in four derbies, the Bluebirds are on the front foot.

You do realise we were in the championship while they were winning the champions league or getting near to it? We have been lightyears behind them

Yes I do realise that. But this Liverpool side ISN'T winning the League or the Champions League and are a poor version of the side that did.

I will be a lot happier seeing us really challenge good sides and not see trailing a poor Liverpool side by 4 points as something to shout about.

The direction we are going looks like we will be able to do just that.

if paqueta was given a penalty against us then that should be a pen for wolves for foul on traore

The refs and VAR are heavily biased in favour of West Ham. No idea why but it's right up there with the "top" clubs in terms of blatant decisions going their way.

Toney and Jansson scored for Brentford, just need Mee to make it the scummy treble

A Brentford win is not a good result for us chief.

A draw would obviously be best, a Brighton win, whilst not ideal for the next phase of hopeful climb, maybe even better as Brentford are closer to us.

If Bournemouth manage to come back to win this, Everton will go into the bottom 3.

They won't need a points reduction to go down at this rate.
