I’d keep Bertie over Coutinho, I’d argue Bailey hasn’t worked out and is more saleable

Coutinho is on more money, older and has  years left on his contract so is more difficult to sell. Which is a big factor.

Someone will take him even in the USA or Middle east. He is finished in a top league.

I’ve seen kamada mentioned a few times in here. Anyone seen much of N’dicka?

That's rough for Frankfurt to lose both on a free. N'Dicka looks a real player, but has properly excelled playing as a specialist LCB in a back 3/5, so it's hard to know how he'd fare playing in a more conventional CB pairing. He won't be short of interest from big clubs anyway.

I would like him but didn't agree a deal with Dortmund or was that media talk?

Here is one to keep the conversation flowing.....

If you had to buy 3 players from the bottom 8 teams so that excludes Palace as they 100% aren't going down now they have 33 points......

Who would they be bearing in mind what we need so not just the three best players?

Wilfried Gnonto - Winger - Leeds

Southampton - Tino Liveramento for right back, always good to have home grown players too.
Leicester - Wilfred Ndidi for DCM, bit of a long shot as I suspect a big 6 club would want him if they went down.
Forest - Brennan Johnson for forward, again home grown.

Tempted by Maddison

I love Gnonto but I don't think he fits anywhere in an Emery system

I know I didn't specify it has to be realistic but come on Rice isn't coming here 🤣

1) Rice - West Ham - double pivot rotation would be complete for Europe

2) Maddison - Leicester - upgrade/competition for the wide mid/10 roles and can play out wide - would also give us a dedicated FK taker finally

3) Podence - Wolves - upgrade/competition for wide mid/10 roles and can also play wide left and wide right
