Colombia haven't lost a game since Feb 2022 or something mad like that so they've actually got a decent chance if it doesn't go to pens. He only played on a group stage game, and even that was as a sub after they'd pretty much ensured their progression and were 3-0 up. They seriously don't trust him and used him to give their preferred players a rest. He's got potential, but he's more valuable to us as a £35m sale. Duran would be wise to steer clear of them. Bar a couple exceptions (Koudus, Bowen, Antonio), West Ham's striker dealings in recent years have been awful.... Wonder if they're coming our with some playing time related demands? Surely that could be his only reason for wanting to leave? The club are clearly keen to move him on and he clearly wants to move on, but we are trying to pull a bit of a fast one on interested clubs and presumably he and his agent are ballsing up negotiations themselves.
