Man Utd spend more than anyone else and have insane wage structure and about 7 CBs last year and they still ended up with a half fit Casemiro and Evans at the back a couple times. There's only so much you can prepare We have known for a long time that Mings has some way back: Prem clubs normally have 4 senior CBs in their squads, We have known we’d go with just 3 until the new year or so. Then Carlos gets injured and our only backup is gone. Pray for the best. If we subtract the strikers (Ollie and Duran) we have 10 senior midfielders or attacking midfielders.
