Williams plays every game for Wales these days and was also starter for Fulham who got promoted and they wanted him back so Liverpool could add 10m on that alone given how young he is. Would be similar for us in 12 months if we send Kesler on loan to QPR and he starts every week and they get promoted and he gets picked for England under 21s. That's a 15m player these days.
