theboyangel
It has kind of started within the Film Thread but probably deserves its own thread in order to keep the Film thread for new films and what folk are watching! Anyway film buffs - give me the top 3 films in the following Genres! Comedy Drama Action Sci-Fi Horror Western Musical Foreign Language Christmas Movie () Documentary (added for @bickster) I appreciate limiting it to 3 films might be difficult for some As for my choices, as Arnie said ‘I’ll be back’ Edited April 4, 2022 by theboyangel Added in Christmas movie as requested

villa4europe
One by one as I think about it Austin Powers - probably an age thing more than anything else, I was 13 when it came out so just the right level of immaturity, me and my older brother were watching it upstairs and my mkm came to check on us because she thought we were up to no good laughing that much, not sure how it would hold up today In Brugges - then this would probably only work as I've gotten older, the 2 leads are brilliant, it's got the perfect level of profanity as comedy as its expertly written and delivered Hot Fuzz - first 2 were easy but this isn't a dead cert, it's a better film than SotD for me, better cast overall and the sillier moments work better

Mark Albrighton Posted April 4, 2022 VT Supporter Share Posted April 4, 2022 I assume there’s no romantic comedy section because we’re all in agreement that the genre reached it’s pinnacle the moment when Harry met Sally.
