We free up a squad space and some wages going forward, Calum will hopefully get some more match time, and Cardiff get a capable defender for that level. It is good to see some of the fringe players who are unlikely to contribute getting moved on, as it is dead money for us and wasted time in a short career for them. Hopefully we will see Dendonker, Hause, Olsen and Marschall move on before the end of the window for the sake of their careers and our wage bill. He also played an amazing pass for one of the goals in the 4-0 over Southampton.
