Jareth Posted August 20, 2022 Share Posted August 20, 2022 The players are looking a bit dissociated from the manager, this was a whole team (apart from Martinez) playing well below par. We had a good platform from the last game but something is amiss. I for one do not like manger upheaval, I'd rather they were given time and got it right - he might need more time. We conceded straight after scoring against Everton, which nearly cost us the game, and we conceded straight after our goal today and got battered. Gerrard is not improving the players at all. It's not the players this time, it's a manager who has been signed for some on the job training. GET US A MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE, PLEEEEEEEEEESE! I will have zero sympathy when he gets sacked. allani Posted August 20, 2022 Share Posted August 20, 2022 Gerrard has a week to convince the Board to break our transfer record on a quality CM and to sign a good CB who can fill in for Carlos this season and then challenge Mings for the second starting position when Carlos comes back.
