useless Posted August 7 Share Posted August 7 I think this is one of those where he's not had a pre-season with them, he's still very young, especially for his position, and isn't really a typical defender, closer to a Pau type than an old fashioned centre-half, so might have to be patient with him getting into their team; just looking at a few Shrew games towards the end of last season and they played with a back three on a number of occassions which I think should help him with game time, as a manager probably more willing to play a younger defender if there are two other more experienced defenders there too, and he can be the ball playing option 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
