Condimentalist
Which do you prefer? I'm a beef man myself.
mjmooney Posted June 17, 2008 VT Supporter Share Posted June 17, 2008 Beef. With horseradish sauce (the strong stuff, not the wimpy creamed version). Medium rare. And a nice bottle of claret.
greenz
Beef...all the way. except for when I eat Chicken.

ender4
I love Lamb Curry.... I love Pork in the form of Bacon or Hot Dogs!!! I love chicken, as its so versatile. I like Beef, but not quite as much as the others. i voted Lamb, cos a good lamb dish beats the rest. also, where's the Fish option :winkold:

Phumfeinz
Hmm, that's a toughie. Beef steak with blue cheese sauce, or lamb with mint sauce.
avfc443
Thats just too difficult. I have to abstain- have no preference.
kingphil
I`ve decided not to vote on this, as it`s too tough to call. I love lamb with mint sauce, but tend not to have it that often as the wife doesn`t like it. I would always go for a pork or chicken Sunday dinner, but beef takes into account steak - and I tend to always have steak when out for a meal. And where`s the option for turkey ? MMFy
Beef, served as a roast in the Chichester Arms, Bishops Tawton (North Devon), on a Sunday evening. Weekly. Nothing else comes close.
johnsonp
I love lamb with mint sauce, but tend not to have it that often as the wife doesn`t like it. I am in the same boat I voted for Beef (medium on a joint medium rare on a steak). All the others are perfectly acceptable but chicken can be a bit dull sometimes. BOF Posted June 17, 2008 Moderator Share Posted June 17, 2008 I eat far more chicken than anything else but nothing beats a big juicy steak so beef it is.
Chindie Posted June 17, 2008 VT Supporter Share Posted June 17, 2008 Went for chicken. Never liked lamb, pork is quite nice but perhaps not so versatile as chicken, I love a beef roast but have been put off steak thanks to a few years of steak you could make shoes out of. Also a big fish lover.
BOF Posted June 17, 2008 Moderator Share Posted June 17, 2008 The prawn would be in my 'big 4' Frankly I think lamb is a greasy fatty disgusting meat and I avoid it if at all possible.
