Romano still states all agreed with McKennie and Villa and Juve settlement the hold up, Di Marzio states the opposite. Yep, it’s called negotiation. Happens in every single transfer and more tricky with this one due to the amount of different parties involved. Also, Italian journos getting info from all of the involved parties resulting in a very public negotiation. The deal will happen - just takes time. If the information you are getting says that Monchi and Emery are willing to sign players that they don't want then I would seriously question that information. Why would Emery sign a 5 year deal if he knows that the club is forcing him to buy and pick players that he doesn't without him having any say whatsoever? It doesn't make sense - especially when everyone in football knows that one of the big reasons Emery came (and has stayed) is because he's been given as much control over footballing matters as he wants.
