TrentVilla Posted July 29, 2011 Moderator Share Posted July 29, 2011 A season long loan aye...we will see. It isn't the first time WBA have been involved in a 'loan' that ends up being a permanent deal although usually its with out going players ala Davis and Kuszak so suspect this is a similar deal. tismyk
Thirteen questions to the Birmingham City board: 1.How deep is the debt, how many millions do we need to raise to get the club out of debt? We need an explanation of how we got into financial trouble and how we will get out of it. 2. The club has received money from parachute payments, TV cash, turnstile receipts, player sales, shirt sales, and Mcleish compensation. Where has the money gone? 3. We were told at the end of last season there would be no fire sale. Why were we misled? 4. Do you accept the playing squad is being reduced in quality and numbers to such a degree the club will be in a relegation fight next season? 5. Is it bizarre to have an 18-year-old on the board? 6. How have we got from a situation where you were going to bankroll us, to us bankrolling you? 7. To what extent would Ben Foster moving on loan out of the club ease the club’s immediate cash concerns? 8. For what purpose is the money raised from player sales and parachute money being used? 9. Does the hierarchy at the club now accept that any demands of an immediate return to the Premier League are an unrealistic target, considering the number of key players that have now left the club? 10. How many more players will we sell for peanuts? Are there any players that you absolutely wouldn’t consider selling? 11. Why are we not able to find the cash for an assistant manager? 12. Are the financial problems really down to losing Premier League status? If so, why are Blackpool and West Ham not suffering the same problems? 13. Why are we and have always been the laughing stock of English Football?
