Cliffy Biro
Saturday evening must have been one of the beigest nights in Villa's recent history then! Top 10 in the premierleague over relegation from the championship...Give me beige all day long.
Danwichmann
Saturday evening must have been one of the beigest nights in Villa's recent history then! But that's the point, that was a really great "unbeige" evening, in a season that's been full of them for the most part. We've had a few highlights (some bloody great ones!) but overall I don't think we're an exciting club to support. Still, it beats struggling in the Championship while your owner is having his arse pounded in a Hong Kong prison with the threat of administration and bankruptcy never far away. Popular Post kurtsimonw
It really says it all when they feel their saving grace is that they have "better hooligans". Pathetic little club.
Popular Post PompeyVillan
If we're 'beige' they're a very distinct shade of shitty brown. Chicken Vindaloo and 8 pints of ale shit. You know, that sort of yellowish smudge that gets stuck on the curve of the toilet after a good clear out. And it stinks too. You know the smell. Well that's them, that is. Really shit and smelly.
ArteSuave
Excitement is relative. To me, every win in the PL is exciting, we're beating the best teams in the country. It's obviously less exciting than winning the league or playing CL but I'd certainly take that beige over the increasingly dark shades of brown Blues find themselves in. What is exciting about waiting to find out if your money laundering owner wins his appeal in court? The best possible outcome of this season is that they finish above Yeovil, Doncaster and Barnsley and avoid administration. Riveting stuff. Rob182
Unfortunately I read 2 or 3 pages of that dreadful thread. The amount of morons calling our kit pink is... Strange, to say the least :S
useless
Charlton got a late goal in injury time to close the gap to 5 points.
TrentVilla Posted March 18, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 18, 2014 Well done Charlton… so that leaves them 5 points clear of Millwall and the bottom three with Reading at home on Saturday followed by a trial to the New Den. Things could get very interesting.
Electric Avenue
Hope they go down, bust and extinct. Level the sty and extend the retail park, it needs a 99p store, B&M and Moments by Gregg's
Oaks
I'm quite happy with our season of beige after 3 season of shite...it's just upsetting for them and their 100 years of smelly brown slimy stuff.

maqroll
If you travel to Chile or Senegal, Jordan or Thailand and mention Aston Villa, they will know of what you speak. They won't know Birmingham City. Fact. A nothing club on par with Coventry; crap history, crap present, crap future.

TrentVilla Posted March 19, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 19, 2014 I'd say it's unlikely but possible at the moment, if the results go against them in the next 2 games they will be right in the mix with a load of loaned players... They could be this years Wolves.

Nigel Posted March 19, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted March 19, 2014 After reading through the last few pages I honestly wonder what half the 'blues' fans would do if we ceased to exist.
