Thought he was good today. I get why people complained him being a bit slow. But thought he was calm and complimented well with Tielemann whom had another good game. They both bossed the midfield of Eriksson, Rat and Mainoo (whom i still don't rate).

 

We controlled the game from defence to midfield, it was the final third that let us down today.

As someone who can come in and drop out I'd say fine enough.

If we had to play him every week I think it'd become a bit of a nightmare really quick. Sloppy on the ball. Really leggy and didn't impose himself at all.

For about 10 minutes a game of football broke out from their end to our end, and he was absolutely blowing. Literally praying for ball to go out, hand on hips.

Barkley was good today. Not having Onana or Bouba available and still being able to field Barkley and Youri! Absolutely different levels to where we’ve been in the past.

He made some mistakes in possession (nothing too important) but mostly he was excellent. Man Utd are strongest in centre mid.

Think he’s been an excellent signing.
