I think you underestimate the power of a half price burger, Monday to Wednesday. They have 3 to 4 years to re write history. Old money is new money, lockdown started a week before lockdown started, it’s the French that have cost us jobs, not Brexit (so its a bloody good job we left when we did). They’re already looking at re visiting how many people actually died specifically because of covid with a view to get the numbers down. Then, we’ll have almost all media telling us ‘you think this is bad? Imagine if the socialists were in power’.

Xann
The witless pricks that voted for the Tory filth should sort out the mess they made, but they're doubling down stupid.

Stupid post xann. Calling people pricks because they voted for a party you dont agree with is very silly. I didnt vote conservatives but i wouldnt call someone that voted them a prick. They are entitled to vote as they please.
ml1dch
It's quite possible for someone to be both entitled to vote as they please and be a prick.

How many people do you think voted for Theresa May, or Rees Mogg, or Mark Francois, Peter Bone, Priti Patel etc etc because they were thinking these people would make society a bit fairer, a bit nicer. That they would level the playing field and not just think of the profit margins of their chums in business? How many thought, well the disabled and the poor and the youth are having a bit of a hard time of it, to reduce some of the hurdles these people face, I’m going to vote for Iain Duncan Smith or Chris Grayling?

Yes but he said ALL big difference. Generalising everyone is stupid and wrong. Of course with every group you will have One or two but labelling them all witless pricks is wrong Edited July 18, 2020 by Demitri_C

Yeah, Corbyn would got all his offshore tax avoiding confectioner mates to provide PPE for NHS staff instead.

My opinion of course, but I see this Tory government (as in this version of the Tories) as one of the most horrendous, self-serving groups of people possible. But anyway, I'm sure it's been said many times before. Edited July 18, 2020 by Rolta

You can do it because you tried something and bigger international forces conspired against you to make sure it failed. You can be well meaning, but wrong in execution or principle. Or you can set out to deceive people and make you and your rich chums richer. This is not a tory / labour debate. I don’t think Lib Dem voters are pricks, or Green Party voters, or WNP or a dozen others. There is one party that always always reverts to greed and spite. Again, nobody, absolutely nobody voted for Rees Mogg or Francois or May or Fox, Duncan Smith, Grayling, Bone because they wanted the world to be a fairer more equitable, caring place.
