Shillzz
Presentation wise, not that it really matters, would you just plonk the salmon on top of the noodles, or would you slice it somehow? The best way to get her knickers off is a chocolate pudding ....marks sell a nice one Noted... Personally, I like to cut the Salmon down into inch square pieces before it gets marinaded - that way you get more flavour. I then finish the dish by putting the Salmon on top of the noodles and sprinkling with coriander & toasted sesame seeds, but only a little.

Stevo985 Posted August 3, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted August 3, 2013 So I made the salmon teriyaki It was the worst meal I've ever made. Bar none. Not through any fault of the recipe. Just as I started to cook, I realised my gas had been disconnected (they're doing gas works on my road) so I couldn't use the hob. Nightmare. This was literally 10 minutes before she came round. So I grilled the salmon and did the noodles in the microwave. Which means the marinade didn't caramalise or thicken in the noodles and rather than caramalise on the salmon I just sort of over did it a bit. So our meal was burnt salmon on plain noodles. Hands down the worst meal I've ever made. Typical
