Popular Post VillaCas
I’ve been watching Drinkwater - a couple of bad errors but not hiding. he may be decent given a few games to settle in. Not his fault he’s been thrown into one of the toughest tests of the season. I’m reserving judgement

Genie
I wonder how many of our players will have a laugh and a joke with City players at the final whistle.
KevinRichardsonsMoustache
They’re passing it about now and waiting for the sixth. Game ends. Miserable evening. City are in a different league but I’d have liked a bit of bite from our team. Midfield has been non existent

Dr_Pangloss
Regulation save at his near post, I guess that can be added to his catch against Burnley as evidence for Nyland starting future games. Shame he didn't have his near post sorted for the first goal. Edited January 12, 2020 by Dr_Pangloss
Awol
3 minutes ago, Villarocker said: That just summed Drinkwater up. Mendy mis-controls the ball but Drinkwater hesitated and then when he did try to get it back it simply bounced off them and to a Man City player. The crowd there today deserve something to cheer. Hopefully, before the end, the players give them something. He’s singlehandedly convinced me that bringing back Benteke = disaster. Form matters. A lot.

flashingqwerty Posted January 12, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted January 12, 2020 6 man city forwards against 8 villa defenders and there isnt a villa defender within 10 yards of a man city plauer. Is it that they are told not to track players? Is this a zonal vs man marking thing? Cant zonally mark against a team with this much movement

PieFacE Posted January 12, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted January 12, 2020 I can't believe Taylor is still at this football club. He's the worst left back we've ever had. He should be 4th or 5th choice.
