Regardless of whether or not he has a future with us ( still think unlikely), it's always satisfying to see the kids develop and do well on loan. It does look our academy look good if we are ensuring they have good loans if they can't get into our side, which will be the case with 95% of them. skarroki Posted August 24 Share Posted August 24 He broke the record for consecutive goals in the league for Stockport last season and people were saying he needed to move up a league. He then got injured, came back not the same level later in the season. But Stockport gave him every opportunity and were desperate to have him back again for this year at a higher level. Personally think it's poor form after what they've done for his career so far, to just call him back and send him somewhere random in the championship. He's playing a similar role to Watkins with good coaches and he's talked about his goals for the season, he wants 20 goals in the league. Think he should be left alone to get on with that.
